I’m extremely bullish on AI. I’d use it to eliminate a massive amount of labor if I were building a company today. But there’s a line between automating the work and automating the judgment. Get that wrong and you just make bad decisions faster. Swipe through. I’ll show you exactly where I draw the line. If I were starting over, I would automate aggressively. But I would keep the founder in the loop everywhere taste, positioning, creativity or a consequential decision could change the trajectory of the company. That’s the system I teach in my free AI masterclass. I’ll show you where I’d use AI, where I’d use agents, where I’d keep a human in the loop, and how I’d use the whole thing to go from an idea to a real business without building a 1,300-person company. If you're building something new right now, I'd bet your week looks a lot like this. You get home from the job that pays the bills, open the laptop, and do the same thing you did last night, answering the same customer question, fixing the same page, sending the same follow-up to someone who probably won't reply, while everyone online seems to be announcing their big launch. It feels like nothing is happening. I know that feeling. We started Quest making protein bars by hand in a small kitchen. We had no idea if anyone would care. Nobody was clapping. There was no launch moment. There was just the next batch. I wish someone had told me back then that boredom is what progress feels like from the inside. Answer that customer’s question one more time and you learn a little more about what's really bugging people. Fix the landing page again and it gets a little easier to buy from you. If you keep going, one of those reps turns into the thing people pay for. If you stop, you never find out which one it was. It might never get exciting. You just get better at the boring thing, and one day the boring thing starts paying you back. If you want help carrying some of that load, that's what my free masterclass is for. I'll show you how to use AI to take a lot of the repetitive work off your plate, so you have more left for the part only you can do. Thursday, October 8, 1pm Pacific. Comment LIVE CLASS and I'll send you the link to save your spot.
